8 May – The Ascension of the Lord
In today’s Gospel, we celebrate the Ascension of the Lord.
The Gospel concludes with the joy that that filled the hearts of the disciples and the praise that they gave to God in the temple.
Take some time, today, to reflect on the joy that you have experienced in your married life.
Take time to give praise and thanks to God for the gift of your spouse and your marriage.
