Weekly Reports

Contact data and course progress of couples can be emailed to your nominated staff member as a CSV file ready for analysis or upload into your own database.

Custom Email Communication

Send customized emails to couples or your staff - triggered by participant progress. Examples include:

Example of Custom Email

  1. At lesson 5 (Conflict), email info re: counselling services (or email diocesan staff to contact participant for a 'check in').
  2. After Lesson 7 (Fertility), email notification re: your FAM services.
  3. At end of course, notify participants of their next steps (example at left).
  4. At end of course, notify diocesan staff or celebrant/supervisor of non-catholic interest in becoming Catholic.
  5. Follow up email to participants at some specified time after the course, immediately prior to or after their wedding


Insert custom content into course

Example of Custom Course Message

Your custom message will only be visible to your couples. Content can be video, audio, text, downloadable documents, quiz/surveys.

Examples include:

  1. Welcome video from the Bishop or diocesan LMF coordinator on the Welcome/Admin Lesson (Lesson 0).
  2. Diocesan fertility education information in the Fertility lesson (Love Gives Life - 7)
  3. Info video/text on diocesan liturgy guidelines in lesson 8 or 9.
